~ FREE SSL (https://) certificates are only available on our premium CPanel branded web hosting plans. These are basic automated third party SSL certificates, which are are provided by the CPanel software. They are not transferable to other hosting providers. Free SSL certificates are not available on our NZ based Corporate and Business Web hosting plans, however you can purchase a certificate to use on these plans.

*The minimum contract period for web hosting account is 1 month, plus a pro rata amount for the current month that you sign up in. This minimum contract period only applies if you sign up and agree to pay monthly by monthly automatic payment. The minimum contract period if you are paying by cheque/direct credit, is 6 or 12 months, depending on the interval you select. If you need to cancel your hosting account at any time, you MUST let us know. Notice of cancellation must be made at least 10 days BEFORE the end of your current billing cycle, otherwise you will be charged for the next full term of hosting, whether that is a 1, 6, or 12 month term. All hosting accounts roll over and auto renew for a new period of equal term, when the old one ends. All hosting account are 'pay in advance'. For clients paying by monthly automatic payment, the monthly billing cycle starts at the beginning of the calender month, and ends on the last day of the calender month. Please note that we do not offer pro rata refunds should you request that your account be cancelled a few days or weeks into your current billing cycle. ** We offer FREE setup for most web hosting plans. However if you signup and we setup your hosting account, and then you want to cancel soon after signing up and you haven't paid your hosting invoice from us, you be charged an account administration fee. This fee will either be $25 inc GST, or it will be the initial invoiced hosting amount, whichever is the lesser amount. This fee will cover our time in setting up, and then canceling the hosting account. This administration fee does not apply to hosting clients who have already paid for their web hosting account, and then decide to cancel it at a later date.

**** SSL Secure Certificates can be installed on this hosting plan. However SSL Secure Certificates require a dedicated IP, which is an additional monthly cost, which is payable annually. A setup fee also applies for the installation of a secure certificate, plus the cost of purchasing the certificate. We install all this for you. EOL* - EOL is an acronym for 'End Of Life'. Server features that have (EOL) next to them, are those that have reached the end of their usable life, and the feature potentially could be removed from the server at any time, and without notice. Products reach the 'End Of Life' stage because the software vendor/developer has either replaced the software with a new version or an entirely new product, or they have phased it out. This means that they no longer provide any support for the software/feature, or provide any security fixes for it. Hence any features that we list that has (EOL) next to it, we don't provide any support for, and the feature is provided 'as is'. We also reserve the right to remove any EOL software/feature from the server without notice, especially if it becomes a security threat, as old software can become susceptible to hackers. Unlike many hosting providers who remove EOL features immediately, we will always try to keep an EOL product available for as long as is practicably possible.
